AIR EUROPA AIRLINES Corp. (from now on AIR EUROPA) requests the user certain data of personal character through their Web site "www.air-europa.com", when the user joins the register or request any services. The data given by the User will remain in an automated file of personal data owned by AIR EUROPA, which will be processed on the purpose of lending the services requested by the User. The User authorises AIR EUROPA in order to include their personal data in the respective files, as well as for their use and automated treatment, for the administration and registration of the operations subscribed between the parts.

Likewise, the users authorise AIR EUROPA to process the aforementioned data in order to undertake commercial, promotional and advertising activities, whether of a general nature or adapted to their personal characteristics. They also authorise AIR EUROPA to pass on, or where appropriate interconnect, the said data to third parties that form part of the group of companies,  Globalia Corporación Empresarial, S.A., which appear on the website www.globalia.com at any given time. This is so that the data can be used by these companies to carry out advertising and marketing campaigns, market research, offers of goods and services and to provide other similar or complementary services, all related to the corporate purpose of the Companies of the Globalia Group, during or subsequent to the validity of the Contract. The client may withdraw this consent at any time, without retroactive effect.

The personal information gathered from registered users is stored on a database owned by AIR EUROPA, which includes the technical, organisational and security measures that guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the information in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approved the implementing regulation of Organic Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, and other applicable legislation.

You are hereby informed that in accordance with the legislation of certain countries, personal data included in the PNR (reservation) may be passed on to the Customs Department or competent authority that formally requests the information if your flight originates, arrives or stops over in one of these countries.

AIR EUROPA will use cookies when the User uses the Web site www.air-europa.com The cookies are associated only with an anonymous User and their PC and they do not provide references that allow to deduce the identity of the User. Through these cookies, AIR EUROPA is able to recognize the registered Users after being registered for the first time, not having to do so each time they log in the areas and users reserved services. The User has the option of blocking the generation of cookies, by means of the selection of the corresponding option in their program navigator.

The User guarantees the truthfulness of the personal data given to AIR EUROPA and is responsible for the communication of any modification. AIR EUROPA provides the Users the appropriate technical resources so that they could access to this Privacy Politics or any other relevant information, and they could lend their consent so that AIR EUROPA proceeds to the automated treatment of their Personal Data, on conformity with the willing presently document.

Any registered user may, at any time, exercise his or her rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the personal data supplied to AIR EUROPA by sending a letter to LOPD.
