You can exchange your Voucher through our Website by clicking the Pay with AE Voucher on the Home page, or by calling our Customer service department. You will need to have your Voucher number and the email address where you received it in order to use it. For reservations with fares eligible for resident discount (origin/destination Balearic or Canary Islands), you must make it through our offices or by calling the Call Centre (not valid via web).

We know that you must have many doubts, that's why we have collected the most frequently asked questions that we think you might find useful.
This voucher must be used within one year of issue and to fly within 12 months of the issue of the new reservation.
If the expiry date of your VOUCHER has been extended, you can continue to use it until the new expiry date indicated in the mail.
Once the period of 12 months has elapsed from the issuance of the Voucher, you may request a refund of the unused portion of the Voucher, provided that this is established in the applicable regulations in each country of issue of your original ticket. Vouchers issued in connection with tickets whose flight was not cancelled will not be refundable.*

You can redeem your voucher on our website www.aireuropa.com. Provide the voucher number during the purchase process in the box AE/VOUCHER voucher and it will automatically be deducted from your ticket price.*
If you prefer, you can redeem it with our Call Centre agents and it will be deducted from the price of your ticket.*
*Permitted for any Air Europa pure flight route as well as codeshare (UX2000 / UX3000). Excluded on Interline, unless it is the same route as the originally cancelled/modified flight.
You will find it in the confirmation email we sent you from VOUCHER. It is a unique 9 digit alphanumeric code.
If you do not find it, contact us through our Call Centre, our agents will ask you for information that only you know and will help you.
You can use 1 voucher per booking and, with the express permission of the holder, the voucher can also be redeemed for payment of accompanying persons or other passengers.
Do not worry if the amount of the new ticket is less than the VOUCHER, you can use it to pay for future purchases until the balance of the VOUCHER is used up.
Whether your fare includes checked baggage or not, you can easily add extra baggage with Air Europa. You will only need the booking reference or ticket number and the surname of the person travelling.
The time limit for checking in, unless otherwise specified (Lima: 90 min, Caracas: 120 min) will be a minimum of 60 minutes before the scheduled departure of intercontinental flights and 45 minutes for all domestic and European flights.
