Enjoy all the Italian flavour with this delicious pardelle pasta with truffle sauce, vegetables and cheese. Served with a cherry tomato salad, mozzarella and pesto sauce. And dessert, a chocolate tartlet.

Energy Menu

Top up batteries with this menu consisting of a veal burger in rustic bread with cheddar cheese and roast garlic potatoes, accompanied by lettuce and tomato to make them your liking. And to finish, a delicious KitKat.

Balance Menu

A balanced and healthy menu in a very current poke format that blends vegetables, pulses and nuts with protein, salsa and topping. Accompanied by Andalusian gazpacho, pork pudding, coconut milk and fresh fruit.

Martín's Menu

The Spanish chef with the most Michelin stars suggests you start with a hot cream of asparagus or squash and ginger. The main dish is a delicious chicken supreme with puntalette pasta, mushrooms and ham. And for dessert, a refreshing mango passion cake.
