Priority Boarding

How does it work?

• Those passengers wishing to purchase our Priority Boarding service can do so on the Air Europa website, at our sales offices in airports, or by calling Customer Service.
• Passengers who wish to take advantage of this service to avoid queues when checking in and boarding will have to pay a service fee (from €10 / $10 / 10 Fr / £9). On journeys with several legs, this fee must be paid for every flight.
• Neither unaccompanied minors nor passengers with reduced mobility can purchase this type of service, since they already have priority when boarding the flight. It is also not possible to purchase this service for code-share flights not operated by Air Europa.

SUMA Customers

• We remind you that passengers who have an Air Europa SUMA Silver, Gold or Platinum card, as well as Business Class passengers, already benefit from this service at no cost.
• Neither unaccompanied minors nor passengers with reduced mobility can purchase this type of service, since they already have priority when boarding the flight. It is also not possible to purchase this service for code-share flights not operated by Air Europa.

Baggage check-in with Priority Boarding

• Guarantee of travelling with carry-on baggage in the cabin.
• If you have luggage to check, you can do so at our Business Class counters or at the specific counters of the priority boarding service (only at the Madrid airport).
