Earning Suma Miles is very simple, just enter your Air Europa Suma Card number when booking flights or checking in.
You can earn miles on flights operated by Air Europa or any SkyTeam Alliance airlines or other airline partners in the Air Europa Suma Programme. You can also earn Miles for using products and services offered by our partners.
Miles cannot be exchanged for money. You earn Miles for every euro paid for your ticket. On other flights operated by SkyTeam Alliance airlines, earning Miles is subject to the distance and fare class. More Information.
Whenever you want. Just go to the 'How to Use Miles' section of the Air Europa website or call us on (+34) 911 360 200. You can use your Suma Miles to purchase flights, paying the full cost of the ticket with your Miles, subject to airfare availability. You can also pay for any Air Europa flights you buy* using a combination of Miles and cash, simply select the 'Pay with Miles' option.
There are no limitations on this, you can use your Miles as long as there is a seat available for sale. You can also use Miles for products/services sold by Our Partners.
Miles are NOT refundable.

You can use your Suuma Miles on routes eligible for resident discounts, as long as they are not combined with the discount: select the 'Use my Miles' button.
No. Each Air Europa Suma passenger earns Miles for their flight regardless of who paid for the ticket. If any of the passengers are not Air Europa Suma members, their Miles cannot be claimed by a Suma member or credited to their account.
From 2 years old, with no upper age limit. However, parents or legal guardians of non-
emancipated minors must fill out the registration form on their behalf, and they will be linked to their legal guardian's account. The child's guardian will be responsible for managing their account.
Registrations of minors must be registered from the legal guardian's own account. Minors cannot be registered via the generic Suma programme form.
When a minor reaches legal age, their guardian will receive an email requesting the email address of the minor (who has become a legal adult).
They will then receive an email to the address indicated with a link to the password registration form.
A family account enables several members to be grouped into a single account, facilitating the joint accumulation of Miles. The account is limited to up to 4 adults and 3 minors, and is managed by an administrator who must be of legal age.
The number of family account members is limited as per the Air Europa Suma programme terms and conditions: Up to 4 adults and 3 minors.
Any member, except minors, may leave the family account at any time. This can be managed via your personal profile in the Air Europa Suma programme, or by contacting customer services.
The family account administrator is responsible for managing the account. They can decide which members are permitted to redeem Miles (please note minors cannot redeem Miles). The administrator may also invite new people to join the family account.
The administrator may modify the members of the family account once per year.
Yes, the family account administrator can invite individuals to join the account, whether they are already registered in the Air Europa Suma programme or not. If the guest is not registered, they must complete their registration to join the family account.

The Air Europa Suma programme has two card formats: virtual and physical.
The virtual card is available in the Air Europa app from the moment you sign up for the Air Europa Suma programme. Air Europa Suma members can log in to the Air Europa app with the same username and password used to access the Air Europa Suma section on the Air Europa website.
For added convenience, you can add your Air Europa Suma virtual card to your iOS Wallet app (Apple Inc. ©) on your smartphone and other PKPASS-compatible Android apps.
If you are a Suma Platinum or Suma Gold customer and would prefer to have a physical Air Europa Suma card, you can request one at www.aireuropa.com. Simply enter your username and go to 'My Account' - 'My Card' - 'Physical Card Request' or call us on (+34) 911 360 200.
You can also print it from the 'Air Europa Suma Print Boarding Card' section at
www.aireuropa.com by logging in to 'My Account' - 'My Card' with your username and password.
The physical and virtual Air Europa Suma cards offer the same benefits. It makes no difference whether you use one card or the other. If you wish, you can use both.
The only difference is the way you obtain your Air Europa Suma card, depending on the format you choose. To have a virtual Air Europa Suma card, log in to the Air Europa app via your smartphone and download it. To log in to the app as an Air Europa Suma customer, use the same username and password you use to access to the Air Europa Suma area on the Air Europa website.
To obtain a physical version of your card, you can simply print one via the Print Air Europa Suma Card section. You must log in through your Air Europa Suma account.
If you are a Suma Platinum or Suma Gold customer, you can request it via the 'Physical Card Request' section of the Air Europa Suma area on the Air Europa website, or call us on (+34) 911 360 200.
You will be assigned an Air Europa Suma customer number as soon as you register with the Air Europa Suma programme, which you can use to begin earning and redeeming your Miles.
You will be automatically assigned a virtual card that can be downloaded on the Air Europa app.
You don't need to have a physical card to access the Air Europa Suma programme benefits. But if you are Suma Gold or Platinum and you want one, you can request one from our website or by calling (+34) 911 360 200.
We will send it to you within approximately 15 days if you're located in Spain and one week more for deliveries outside of Spain.
You can only have one Air Europa Suma card per customer. Miles accumulate in a single Air Europa Suma personal account, which is that of the passenger who is flying, regardless of the reason for the flight, service used or who pays for the flight.
Air Europa Suma customers get exclusive discounts on seat purchases. Check your discount in the table shown in the 'Seats' section.
Please contact us by phone on (+34) 911 360 200 to request another Air Europa Suma card in physical format to be issued and sent.
Remember that you can also download your virtual card on your smartphone through the Air Europa App.
The physical card will be sent to you for free, provided that at least 60 days have elapsed since your last card request. Any new card requests made within 60 days will not be processed. You must wait for this period to elapse before submitting a new request. This 60-day period does not apply for requests for physical cards after you have accessed a new level.
Suma Miles: these Miles can be earned when you purchase flights operated by Air Europa, SkyTeam Alliance airlines, or other partner airlines joining the programme. Suma Miles can also be earned when you purchase goods or services from our partners.
All Suma Miles credited to your account can be redeemed for flights and other products or services available through the Air Europa Suma programme.
Level Miles: these allow you to climb levels to reach the Silver, Gold or Platinum categories. They accumulate over a period of 12 consecutive months. If you exceed the number of Miles required to obtain a higher Air Europa Suma level during this period and have been on 4 Air Europa flights, you will access the new level automatically.
Miles in this category can only be earned by purchasing flights operated by Air Europa or by any of the companies in the SkyTeam Alliance. Level Miles can only be earned on airlines that are members of the SkyTeam Alliance or on non-airline Partners.

The Miles are credited within 48 hours once you have completed your flight. After this period, you will see your Miles in your Air Europa Suma account.
For all other SkyTeam Alliance airlines, it may take up to 72 hours after the flight to credit the Miles, depending on the procedure used by the partner airline.
If you have not flown yet, you can provide your Air Europa Suma card number when checking in on our website, through the app, or at the airport. Alternatively, you can call us on (+34) 911 360 200.
If you have already flown, you can request them through our website in Request Non-Credited Miles section. You can request your Miles whether for a flight on Air Europa or any SkyTeam or other partner airline. You can also request your Miles by calling (+34) 911 360 200.
You have 6 months after the flight to request unclaimed Miles. In addition, when you join the Air Europa Suma programme, you can request the Miles for any flights taken within the three months prior to your registration.
It is very important to remember to enter your Air Europa Suma card number. By entering all your information when you register, this information will be completed automatically whenever you make a booking.
Yes. You must request the Miles directly from the partner. You will be required to provide the necessary documents to credit the Miles to your account. If your request is successful, the partner will notify us and the Air Europa Suma team will credit the Miles to your Air Europa Suma account.
Suma Miles only expire when the customer's account has remained inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months. This occurs when an Air Europa Suma customer has not registered any transactions, either because they have not accumulated any Miles for purchasing flights or products from our collaborators, or because they have not used any Miles.
The start date of the 18-month expiry period is indicated in the customer's account in the My Miles section.
No. Miles can only be credited to the Air Europa Suma card of the customer who is flying.
Air Europa Suma members can use Miles to purchase tickets for themselves or another person. Therefore, it does not have to be the Air Europa Suma cardholder who takes the flights or uses the services purchased with the Miles.
You can purchase flights in full with Suma Miles or a combination of Suma Miles and cash. This combined payment method can only be used for flights operated by Air Europa. Flights operated by any SkyTeam Alliance airline must be paid in full using Miles.
Please note that airport fees cannot be paid for in Miles and are exempt from discounts.
Only when the flight is paid in a combination of Miles and cash will you receive the corresponding Miles for the part that was paid with cash. If the flight was paid in full with Miles, you will not receive Suma Miles and the flight will not be counted towards your level.
Yes. In this case, the customer or private individual who flies earns Suma Miles and the company still receives the same Air Europa services with the Air Europa Companies programme.

As regards your payment information, any debit or credit card numbers you provide will be encrypted. Furthermore, no more than four digits of your card number will be displayed at any time during the purchase process.
