  • Air Europa Suma customers must confirm their identity when they check into the hotel and state the Air Europa Suma programme as a destination for earning the Miles.
  • Miles are earned per night of stay at the Official and Corporate Rate (group rates, tour operation, crews, promotional fees, and reservations from online travel agencies are excluded).
  • Miles are only awarded to Air Europa Suma customers, as reservation holders, according to the hotel records.
  • Claims for unregistered Miles will be handled exclusively through the Minor Hotels Europe & America Customer Service Centre. Air Europa Suma customers have six months to regularize their account.

Customers can book by calling 913 984 437 Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

  • Europe: more than 170 hotels in Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, and Hungary.
