• Business class passengers can enjoy the VIP Lounges on domestic as well as international flights, at departure airports and at transfer airports.
• SkyTeam companies’ SUMA GOLD, SUMA PLATINUM and ELITE PLUS customers, regardless of their booking class, may access the lounge if they travel on an international SkyTeam flight or connect with one on the same day. Access to lounges is only permitted at departure and transfer airports, only in the lounge associated with the flight operating company. To access them, present your boarding pass and a valid Elite Plus membership card to the lounge agent.
• SUMA GOLD, SUMA PLATINUM and ELITE PLUS passengers may access the lounges with a companion, as long as both are on a flight operated by a SkyTeam member airline. The guest's boarding pass must be presented to the lounge staff.
• The maximum scheduled time a passenger may remain in any of the Aena VIP lounges is four hours, immediately prior to the scheduled flight departure time that appears on the boarding pass of the users who access the lounge. If there are flight departure delays, this period may be extended by the duration of the corresponding delay.
