Kenya Airways is Africa's leading airline operating flights to the highest number of destinations in the African continent. The airline is proud to connect Africa with the world (and the world with Africa) through its hub at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

Its constantly expanding fleet includes Boeing and Embraer models. By 2021, the airline plans to have approximately 120 aircraft and to expand its network to more than 115 destinations.

Earning Miles on Kenya Airways flights

Miles are earned based on the distance in Miles between the points of departure and destination. The percentage of Miles credited to your Air Europa SUMA account depends on your selected ticket booking class:

Level Bonus:

The card level bonus is applied by multiplying this percentage by the number of Base Miles (excluding any bonuses or promotions).

Earning Miles on Air Europa flights operated by Kenya Airways

Miles are earned for the ticket amount including the basic rate + fuel surcharge.
 

For tickets purchased with the Air Europa marketing code (UX), customers can earn Miles in accordance with the following table:

  • The resulting figure is rounded up.
  • When a purchase is made in a different currency, Miles are allocated in euros or the equivalent value on the transaction date. For airfare purchases in dollars and pounds sterling, the same ratios will be applied as for euros. 
  • Applicable only to the published rate and the fuel charge. All other fees and charges (e.g., management fees) are excluded.

Conditions

  • The reservation of these tickets must be made at the Air Europa Suma Call Center
  • Full payment of the ticket with Suma Miles. Airport taxes not included.
  • Non-refundable tickets
