Earning miles

Remember to provide your Air Europa SUMA customer number when booking flights.

On Air Europa flights operated by GOL:

  • Miles are earned for the amount of the ticket. More information here.

On GOL flights:

  • SUMA Miles are earned based on the distance flown in miles between the origin and destination of the flight.  The % of miles flown that will be credited to your account depends on the fare class and flight cabin, as per the table below:

* Base Miles are the actual miles you have flown. The percentage applied depends on the booking class.

  • If you forgot to request the SUMA miles on your GOL flight, you can request them up to 6 months after the date of the flight, provided the flight did not take place before GOL became eligible as a SUMA Partner.

Elite Card Level bonus:

Silver, Gold and Platinum Card levels earn an additional % of SUMA Miles, applied to the Base Miles of the purchased rate.

Flights operated by GOL that qualify to earn SUMA Miles also qualify to earn Level Miles. Level Miles are used to maintain or upgrade your SUMA Card level (Silver, Gold, Platinum). Level Miles are recorded depending on the base Miles earned.
