You can contact the airport's lost property department to find out whether your item has been found. The collection process can vary from one airport to another.

If you have forgotten your passport or identification document on the aircraft or in the airport, it will be handed over to immigration services, local police or the competent bodies at the destination airport.

DOCUMENTATION

  • Any lost passports or IDs found by a member of Air Europa staff will be handed over to immigration services, local police, or the competent authorities at the destination airport.
