On the occasion of the strike called by security personnel at the Frankfurt airport, scheduled for Thursday 1 February 2024, we would like to inform you that access to the boarding gates will be limited. Only passengers in transit or those already in the boarding zone before the start of the strike will be allowed to access. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you plan your trip taking this situation into account.

Date change (flight operated by Air Europa): allowed in the same cabin, free of charge and to fly up to and including February 29, 2024. To do so, please contact your point of sale or our Air Europa Customer Service or access to Manage your reservation and change your flight.
CHANGE OF DESTINATION
Route change (flight operated by Air Europa): allowed in the same cabin, free of charge to any destination in Europe, to fly until February 29, 2024 inclusive. To do so, please contact our Air Europa Customer Service.
