The transaction is made between the end user and Travelconcept, S.L. with tax identification number B-57288193 and trademark Logitravel, hereinafter the “supplier”. About the provision of linked travel services

Pursuant to the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, if you book additional travel services during the same visit to the Air Europa booking website, these services will form part of linked travel services. In this case, as required by European Union law, Air Europa has taken out a protection guarantee to reimburse you for payments made for services that have not been performed due to its own insolvency and, if necessary, for your repatriation.
