Air Europa Líneas Aéreas, S.A.U., hereinafter “Air Europa”, is an IATA registered company and formally registered in the Mercantile Registry of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, with tax identification number A-07129430. For more information, please see our Legal Notice. Air Europa acts merely as an intermediary agent in the accommodation booking transaction. The transaction is made between the end user and Travelconcept, S.L. with tax identification number B-57288193 and trademark Logitravel, hereinafter the “supplier”. The reservation may be modified or cancelled according to the supplier's policy. Please refer to the supplier's Terms and Conditions on the hotels.aireuropa.com website for more information. About the provision of linked travel services

If, after having selected and paid for a travel service, you book additional travel services for your trip or holiday through Air Europa, you will NOT enjoy the rights that apply to package tours under the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November. Therefore, Air Europa will not be responsible for the correct execution of said additional travel services and, in the event that any problem arises in relation to them, you may contact the provider directly. However, if you book additional travel services during the same visit to the Air Europa booking website, these services will form part of linked travel services. In this case, as required by European Union law, Air Europa has taken out a protection guarantee to reimburse you for payments made for services not performed due to its own insolvency and, if necessary, for your repatriation. Please note that no reimbursement will be made in the event of the insolvency of the supplier or service provider concerned. More information on insolvency protection:
